There is no guarantee of profits, and you accept that you may lose your deposited capital in its entirety. Use of the platform is at your own risk. Lapalingo assumes no liability for losses resulting from your decisions on the platform.

For all legal disputes, Germany is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations in your country stipulate otherwise.
